Information you provide directly When you submit an inquiry through our "Start Your India Journey" form or contact us by email, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

  • Email address

  • Company name and job title

  • Phone number (if provided)

  • The content of your message or inquiry

Information collected automatically When you browse our website, some technical information is collected automatically, including:

  • IP address

  • Browser type and device information

  • Pages visited and time spent on the site

  • Referring website

This is collected via cookies and similar technologies - see below.

WHY WE USE YOUR DATA

  • Authorities, where required by law

We do not share website visitors' personal data with our Indian distribution partner. That data stays within OnRoute India and is only used to respond to your inquiry.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

We retain personal data collected through inquiries for as long as necessary to respond to you and pursue a potential business relationship, and afterward only as long as required for legal, accounting, or legitimate record-keeping purposes after which it's deleted or anonymised.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate data

  • Request erasure of your data

  • Restrict or object to certain processing

  • Request data portability

  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

  • Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), or your local supervisory authority
